I Love Music (Despite the People in Charge of It)

As we get closer to the annual Grammy awards extravaganza (pause for the yawn - there it is!), it's interesting to note two recent items regarding the state of the music industry. From Seth Godin's blog, this good post on lessons on the demise of the music business and this little tidbit from the Motley Fool's Alyce Lomax on why investors should beware of companies involved in the biz.

Oh, and apparently the last of the big companies is maybe kinda gonna go DRM-free.

As long as you still buy a piece of plastic somewhere.
